Kiluanji Kia Henda opens first institutional solo exhibition in Europe

Kiluanji Kia Henda’s first major solo exhibition in a European museum opens at the MAN Museo d’Arte Provincia di Nuoro on 31 January 2020. Titled Something Happened on the Way to Heaven, the exhibition is curated by the director of MAN and follows on from a residency Kia Henda took part in on the island of Sardinia, which helped inspire some of the work included on the show. The exhibition runs in Nuoro until 1 March 2020 and will then travel to Galerias Municipais in Lisbon in October 2020.
