Liza Lou on a museum exhibition exploring the medium of glass in contemporary art

Liza Lou’s Windex glass bead sculpture is included on the current exhibition, titled Fired Up: Contemporary Glass by Women Artists, at the Toledo Art Museum in Florida (until 18 March). Drawn from the museum’s renowned glass collection, with notable loans from private collectors, the works on exhibition document nearly six decades of artistic expression rendered in glass.
