Tabita Rezaire on group exhibition at the Centre Pompidou and OzAsia Festival

Work by Tabita Rezaire is part of the group exhibition Cosmopolis #2 at Centre Pompidou from 23 October to 23 December. Established as a platform focusing on contemporary art practices based on research, collaboration and site-specificity while engaging with issues of cultural translation, this iteration of the exhibition will present the work of artists investigating how rural space and small-scale social formations can offer alternative models and value systems. Rezaire’s Sorry for Real, a virtual apology on behalf of the Western world and an exploration of the concept of an apology and who it really benefits, will also be on view at the OzAsia Festival in Australia from 17 October to 23 November.
