Shirin Neshat and Candice Breitz on group exhibition at the Scottsdale Museum of Contemporary Art in Arizona

Now Playing: Video 1999–2019 at the Scottsdale Museum of Contemporary Art (SMoCA) presents iconic video art from the past two decades (16 February – 19 May). Officially marking the start of SMoCA’s 20th anniversary celebration, the exhibition prominently features Shirin Neshat’s immersive sound and video installation Turbulent and Candice Breitz’s multi-channel video Love Story. These works will take up the entire space of the museum, helping to illustrate in the words of an exhibition statement, ‘the complexities of contemporary art and life’.
