Tabita Rezaire on Athens Biennale and Hunter East Harlem Gallery

Tabita Rezaire’s Inner Fire series currently forms part of the sixth Athens Biennale (26 October – 9 December). The biennale features artists such as Rezaire whose work in the words of a statement ‘interrogate the post-digital era, scenarios of transhuman enhancement, cults of wellness as well as bodily and spiritual transformation’. Dust Specks on the Sea: Contemporary Sculpture from the French Caribbean & Haiti, on view at Hunter East Harlem Gallery in New York, also features work by Rezaire (7 November – 9 March).
