Yinka Shonibare CBE's work featured on a travelling group exhibition celebrating the 50th anniversary of the moon landing

Having first been presented at the Kunsthaus Zurich, Fly Me To The Moon. The Moon landing: 50 Years On – a group exhibition honouring the first time a human set foot on the moon – travels to the Museum der Moderne in Salzburg (20 July – 3 November). Looking back on several centuries of human fascination with the moon, with an emphasis on the twentieth century and the present, the exhibition features copperplate prints and paintings as well as photographs, video art, and multimedia installations – including Yinka Shonibare CBE’s 2002 sculptural installation entitled Space Walk.
