Tabita Rezaire presents a new installation, 'Satellite Devotion', at arebyte gallery

Satellite Devotion, a new installation by Tabita Rezaire opens at arebyte in London (2 July – 24 August). The installation inaugurates Rezaire’s ‘Centre for Moon Studies and Practices’, a platform for furthering our knowledge and understanding of the Moon’s influence and relationship to the Earth’s sole natural satellite. Presented as a 12-channel video dome, the work profiles various individuals who share knowledge about the Moon including a shaman in the Amazonian forest, a traditional herbalist in Democratic Republic of the Congo, an astrophysicist in Guyana, the chief of the Druids and a South African yogi among others.
