Born in South Africa in 1935.
Studied at the Polly Street Art Centre
Apprenticed to Eduardo Villa
1960 - Became sculpture instructor at the Polly Street Art Centre
1961-5 - Took over the post as the Director of the Polly Street Art Centre
1967 - Visited United States of America and Europe as a guest of the United States/South African Leadership Programme
